Did you miss IT? The It Girl Expo hits Miami

While attending Social Media Miami I had the pleasure of meeting the fabulous Lori Riviere, half of the dynamic duo that is the It Girl Group. Lori handed me an invite to experience Miami’s inaugural It Girl Expo in ultra-hip mid-town Miami.

On February 29 and March 1, the Soho Studios were transformed into a shopping mecca and attracted some of Miami’s most fashionable for an evening of shopping, pampering and complimentary cocktails.  The expo was the perfect place to snag some of South Florida’s hidden fashion gems as well as some must have beauty treasures.  There were a few things I couldn’t leave without. I first fell in love with some vintage finds including a pair of statement earrings from LA. Boudoir Vintage.  Savera Chopra featured a line of light-weight, airy tunics in the spring’s abstract prints and floral fabrics that I had to have – two please. I wanted to go home with everything from Arrive Chic – that’s for a latter post. And I can’t wait to gather all my discontinued lipsticks and let Artisan Beauty (A+B) work their magic. The beauty brand promises to recreate even the most hard to find colors or custom make the lipstick of your choice.  Your prayers – answered.

There were several lounge areas sprinkled throughout the expo including a place for style and fashion bloggers to plug-in and share their experience in real-time. It was aptly named The It Girl Expo Blogger’s Corner and sponsored by Meinto.com.

Every it girl went home with a goodie bag full of swag from cute hair accessories by Haute Halo, and The Fresh Diet. This was a can’t miss event for the latest and greatest tools for fabulous finds and fashion inspiration.
